ABOUT ME

I have been practicing Yoga since 2014 and teaching since 2016.

I studied with Anna Quest at Inanna Yoga School Melbourne and at Tattvaa Yogashala Rishikesh, India.

I have also practiced and attended retreats and workshops throughout Australia, India, Bali, Canda and the USA. I found Yoga through Meditation, after having a deep interest in Meditation since 2012 and attending workshops and meditation groups frequently and eventually found my passion for Yoga.

I teach Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Hot Yoga, Slow Flow, Meditation and various other styles. I have my 350 hour Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching.

VINYASA &
POWER

My Vinyasa and Power Yoga class is a mix of the traditional sequences of Ashtanga Vinyasa with Hatha and Modern Vinyasa. This class builds internal warmth while strengthening and stretching the body. Suitable for beginners who are attending their first class to the most advance Yogi's.

SLOW FLOW & YIN

My Slow Flow and Yin classes give you the opportunity to connect movement with breath while releasing tension throughout the body and calming the mind. This class will have you leaving with a sense of calmness.

Corporate and Private bookings are available for Yoga and Meditation.

Bookings can range from 10 - 90 minutes, all-day workshops, catered to suit your needs and prices are negotiable.
